Welcome to Recruitment Connect! This blog has been set up to allow professors and staff of the Dublin Institute of Technology and Purdue University to communicate and share ideas about recruitment of women in the fields of engineering and technology. This blog has been established by me, Sarah Jay Lewis, as the project for my maymester study abroad class, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Ireland (SA 308). The vision is that professors and staff from both institutions will share their experiences in regards to female recruitment, and give feedback to each other. With this page, I hope to further the relationship Purdue has developed with DIT through study abroad experiences and to see both institutions succeed in recruiting and retaining female engineering students.
